What is Nico B's?
A dream in the making…that is what Nico B’s was for us! A love of food and feeding people to make them happy led us to a European Bistro with thin crust pizza thrown in for the perfect mix! Fresh ingredients, local produce, no shortcuts! These are just a few things that determine our french inspired menu and international catering offerings. Fun Paninis, homemade soup, slow simmered stews, pizza…food for every happy palate! Thin-crust pizza made with imported Italian flour, scratch-made pizza sauce, and the finest possible ingredients all come together to make our kiddo (Nico B., pizza connoisseur) proud to be the honorary owner of the “bestest place EVER!
