What is Sassy Tarts?

From our humble beginnings on local farmer’s markets to our beautiful store, our story is filled with food, laughter, family and friends! There’s nothing better than freshly baked croissants and pastries, especially when they are made with simple ingredients and a dash of love! All of our baked goods are baked fresh daily and we offer a variety of breads, croissants, danish, muffins and scones. Our savory delights feature traditional quiches and pot pies as well as savory croissants and warm breakfast sandwiches. If sweets are what you prefer, we also make gourmet cupcakes, tarts, brownies, carrot cake, and specialty cakes made to order. Every patisserie is made in-house with no additives or preservatives, from homemade compotes to decadent mousses! We bake with love… have a taste for yourself and you’ll see!
